While we are dedicated to providing our services to the best of our ability, there are some weather conditions (rain / severe wind) that render us unable to provide our event services. If on your scheduled event date there happens to be weather conditions that render us unable to provide our services, the event date can either be rescheduled at your convenience or the money for the event can be refunded fully.

If there is a high probability of a precipitation or severe wind event and you refuse to reschedule, a refund cannot be issued if installation of equipment has occurred even if the event has to be cancelled. 

 

However, if you would like to cancel your event for non-weather related reasons and fail to provide Backyard Cinema with a 48 hour notice prior to your event, a cancellation fee equivalent to half of your packages price will be charged. If the cancellation for non-weather related reasons occurs prior to the 48 hour notice, no fee will be charged and the event can be rescheduled at your earliest convenience or cancelled entirely.
